Wisdom is that state of mind that allows us to separate the real from the apparent. 

One of the mechanisms that prevent us from doing so and that is one of the manifestations of Ignorance, is the projection of our mental content onto the object of knowledge. 

Always, things are not as they seem. The senses are deceptive and the mind that interprets what is perceived is also deceptive and that is why we suffer. 

Seeing things as they are is characteristic of those beings who reach higher degrees of Enlightenment. Based on the above, we must refrain from judging because we will always do so from our relative degree of ignorance.
