Who or what is God?

By Victor M Fontane

God or the concept of the creator, the supreme is different in all religions, about attributes, personality, emotions, etc. However, in different philosophical systems varies depending the relationship between this creator and his creation. In Christianity God is separate from his creation, not part of the Universe but somewhere out of it, like in the matrix. Buddhism don’t accept the same concept of God, Buddha neither accepted nor rejected God claiming that the believe is not necessary to evolve spiritually. Buddhist instead focus on achieving enlightenment—a state of inner peace and wisdom. When followers reach this spiritual echelon, they said to have experienced nirvana. The religion's founder, Buddha, is considered an extraordinary being, but not a god. Hindu Vedas refer to God as “Brahman.” Brahman (often confused as to Lord Brahma) is the unchanging, infinite, immanent, and transcendent reality, which is the Divine Ground of all matter, energy, time, space, being, and everything beyond in this universe. In both Buddhism and Vedanta we can say that this concept of God is like the core universal energy or consciousness that inhabit all physical and nonphysical particle.

In her book The Story of GAIA, chapter 15, Dr. Jude Currivan explain:

"The primacy of mind and consciousness to the nature of reality, as espoused by Max Planck, David Bohm and many other pioneering scientists, is the foundational premise of the Cosmic Hologram (her previous book). It shows that universal mind, articulated as digitized information and represented as dynamic and relational patterns and processes of, vitally, meaningful in-formation, literally in-forms the formation of our Universe.

In addition to fast growing scientific evidence at all scales of existence and across numerous fields of research that our Universe is innately in-formed, there is additional compelling evidence that its appearance is also holographically manifested".
