Die slowly who becomes a slave to habit, repeating the same journeys every day, who does not change brands, does not risk wearing a new color and does not speak to those he does not know.
Die slowly who makes television his guide. Dies slowly who avoids a passion, who prefers black on white and dots on the "ies" to a whirlwind of emotions, precisely those that rescue the shine from the eyes, smiles from yawns, hearts from stumbles and feelings.
Die slowly who does not turn the table when he is unhappy at work, who does not risk the certain for the uncertain to pursue a dream, who does not allow himself, at least once in his life, to escape from sensible advice.
Die slowly who does not travel, who does not read, who does not listen to music, who does not find grace in himself. Who destroys his self-esteem, who does not allow himself to be helped, dies slowly. Die slowly who spends his days complaining about his bad luck or the incessant rain.
Die slowly, who abandons a project before starting it, does not ask about a matter that he does not know or does not respond when asked about something that he knows.
Let's avoid a slow death, always remembering that being alive requires a much greater effort than the simple act of breathing. “Only ardent patience will make us achieve splendid happiness."
