When we Kill a Sentient Being and its Consequences.

Updated: Apr 26, 2022

By Victor M Fontane

Causing pain and suffering to another sentient being.

All sentient beings, including humans, pursue the same thing in life: survival and happiness, therefore they try to avoid pain and suffering. When is attacked, since he went through the experience before, he runs or tries to escape because his life is in danger. Additionally, by causing pain and suffering to another sentient being we add the karma factor in the experience. However, when the presence of animals creates a health problem, a balance must exist between resolving the situation in a compassionate manner or avoiding causing pain. Animals were previous humans who failed to achieve the change to this humanity from one universal cycle or manifestation to the next.

When we kill another person, we interrupt their evolutionary and karmic process, which generates a collective evolutionary imbalance and ties him karmically to the person who caused the damage or death.

The solution to this circumstance is to start living with awareness and not unnecessarily causing pain and suffering to other sentient beings.

As a human, I am a small creature in the vast and indifferent world, different from me, I do my part and go. Different because I don't know what I am. Light appears from the source and dies, but I, as light, I will never disappear because I am really the source of that light, which is all-pervading.
