On Advaita Vedanta, three things will continue to happen after enlightenment:
1. The world or physical realm will continue to appear, our body, people, things, etc.
2. You will continue to appear and having transactions, interacting with others.
3. Language (communication) will continue.
It happened to all enlightened Masters, Avatars, etc. like Krishna, Buddha, The Christ, just to mention some.
However, you know that all and everything is an appearance in your consciousnesses, your awareness and you will become a blessing to others and the bliss is finding yourself breaking the duality in your consciousness. Like a telescopy antenna we extend when we forgot who we really are and through enlightenment we retract and return to our true self.
The way is studying the teachings, analyzing and understanding and then meditating which is the Advaita Vedanta approach (Shravana or hearing the teachings, the Truth, Manana or contemplating, analyzing and being convinced of the Truth and Nididhyasana or living and breathing the Truth, Nirvana and Enlightenment). But consciousness cannot evolve as is already unlimited awareness, we just awaken to this reality.
