The whole reality is jut one entity that in religions is considered God which is more a collective consciousness that fragment itself into infinite fragments to have a unique experience as a separate entity but is really just one mind or consciousness. So when that consciousness split itself it does it in levels of vibration and the lower in vibration the solid it gets like fourth level vibration, solid material things. The human processes of evolution goes through this densities or dimensions from the less dense to the more dense and then get back to it source to start again splitting in levels of vibration endlessly.
Seven levels of densities or dimensions and the eight is the end and the beginning of a new cycle (infinite) like the seven chakras in the body and the eight out of the body.
