Let's see the universe in a simple way with something we can relate to, a cocktail glass. We must recognize that we on our planet are just a speck of dust in the Universe and we are traveling around our Sun, our Solar System traveling around the Galaxy and our Galaxy traveling around the Universe, so we are in a different place every second. In addition, we have to reflect on what reality is, since what we see and perceive is only 5% of everything that exists in our environment and in the Universe.
For humans, in order to transcend this physical limitation we have to walk the path of spiritual evolution achieve our highest potential and become not part of the Universe but the Universe itself.
