Mindfulness

The first level to acquire mindfulness is observing our thoughts to understand them, their source and to transform those negative ones to positive and acquiring peace of mind. Along this practice we’re able to understand our daily experiences and ultimately the ultimate reality transforming our life from being slave of the mind to master of the mind.


When the sun rises in the morning, it dissipates the darkness of the night as well as our mental darkness, nourishes us with its energy, awakens and feeds all of nature, renewing life in all kingdoms. It gives us a new opportunity to do what is right for ourselves and others.

Just as the Sun does, so does knowledge and love. It trains our mind and our spirit to climb the evolutionary steps of our species and frees our thinking to, through critical study, achieve recognition of the ultimate reality of all experiences. That’s what we also call mindfulness.
