Meditation

Greater challenge for humans to evolve and achieve spiritual is controlling the mind. The one who manages to control his mind controls his karma and his life.


The true process to control the mind then is having the ability of concentration as the mind is always processing thoughts and scattered everywhere not able to be calm and relax, not even when is dreaming. So, there are different ways to start practicing the concentration of the mind like focusing in our own breathing counting the inhale and exhale from one to ten and starting again. When, at any moment you loose the concentration on the breathing, start with one again to bring the concentration back. Same thing can be done if you try to concentrate in a dot in the wall and also the flame of a candle. Important also is to have a special place, charged with positive energies to do your spiritual practice and meditation, the time of the day you dedicate to meditate, must be the same to train the mind to fall into the meditation mode and the position you sit to get more benefits in the process. The more you practice this you train your mind until one day totally focused and concentrated you open the vail and find your essence, the Divinity in you, our pure consciousness which is actually the empty space between two thoughts. However, be careful not to fall on the tricks of the mind when you see for example angels, transcendental experiences, etc. as they are part of the mind thoughts processes.
