Manvantara and Pralaya

All components of human physical body during a life span is subject to a lots of stress, fatigue and deterioration. All due to exercise and activity, mental stress, posture, hard work, eating habits, etc. reason why, in the same way has a period of activity during day time, need to rest at night time. Likewise, after a life span, die or the spirit abandon the physical body so all matter contained rest in the elements of nature until is reborn again to continue his path of evolution.


In the same way all cosmic matter needs to rest taking cycles of manifestation, in Sanskrit Manvantara and non-manifestation, in Sanskrit Pralaya. The manifestation, Manvantara, is driven then by the need of all beings in the system to be manifested and keep evolving physically and spiritually. In the Hindu Vedas this is called “The Day and Night of Brahma the creator.
