Life lets you fall over and over again, until you decide to learn your lesson.
Life takes you out of the way and presents you with crossroads, until you stop wanting to control and flow like a river.
Life puts enemies in your way, until you stop "reacting."
Life scares you and startles you as many times as necessary, until you lose your fear and regain your faith.
Life takes away your true love, it doesn't grant it until you stop trying to buy it with trinkets.
Life laughs at you so many times, until you stop taking everything so seriously and laugh at yourself.
Life breaks you and breaks you in as many parts as are necessary for the light to penetrate there.
Life confronts you with rebels, until you stop trying to control.
Life repeats the same message to you, even with yelling and slapping, until you finally listen.
Life sends you lightning and storms, to wake you up.
Life humiliates and defeats you over and over again until you decide to let your EGO die.
Life denies you goods and greatness until you stop wanting goods and greatness and begin to serve.
Life cuts your wings and prunes your roots, until you don't need them, but just disappear from forms and fly from Being.
Life denies you miracles, until you understand that everything is a miracle.
Life shortens your time, so you hurry to learn to live.
Life ridicules you until you become nothing, until you become nobody, and thus you become everything.
Life does not give you what you want, but what you need to evolve.
Life hurts you, hurts you, torments you, until you stop your whims and tantrums and appreciate breathing.
Life hides the treasures from you, until you set out on the journey, until you go out to look for them.
Life denies you God, until you see him in everyone and everything.
Life shortens you, prunes you, takes you away, breaks you, disappoints you, cracks you, breaks you ... until understanding and consequent evolution occurs ..." -Bert Hellinger.
And life is another name for karma. The people you understand who hurt you are really the instruments of karma so that you learn to grow and evolve, they are your karmic teachers. The options are to free yourself from negative emotions, learn and evolve or repeat the experience again in one life or in the future until you learn. The more you regret feeding negative emotions, you continue to harm yourself and even loved ones, creating more karma in its multiplier effect. The decision is in your hands. There is only one consciousness, the Divine, what we really are but what we forgot (or were made to forget) the rest is just a construction of the mind.
