Our body has been built by the action of the karmic seeds that we have brought from other lives.
Our predispositions generated by our past actions attract us to a family that has the genetic material on which the physical vehicle will be designed with that raw material.
For karmic seeds to act on physical matter, a bridge is needed and that is the astral body.
Karmic seeds are found in the subtle unconscious and these manifest all our experiences. To the extent that these have generated our physical body, we can see in it the signs of the experiences we have lived, those we are living and those we have to live. This is the basis of Vedic science called Samudrika Shastra or the reading of the signs, forms and marks of EVERYTHING seen in our physical vehicle aka body.
Samudra means the Ocean and Shastra is the word for science.
Reading the hand, the soles of the feet, the face and the rest of the body is the sister science of Vedic Astrology. In fact, a complete birth chart can be calculated using the shape and lines of the hand as a reference and even more so, using the thumb print. One is not complete as a Vedic astrologer if he has not mastered this science as well as numerology.
The most interesting thing about all this is that, in the case of the lines of the hand, they change every three months and the minor lines of influence, every 28 days.
As we alter our mental patterns, improving them, purifying the mind, the lines change, which shows that:
