Karma

Dr. Wayne Dyer said and I quote: “The way people treat you is their karma; how you react is yours ”. Karma in Sanskrit means action and every action produces a reaction, result or consequence. If the action is positive or virtuous it will produce a positive or virtuous consequence, but if the action is negative it will produce a negative consequence as well. In addition, there are neutral actions without consequences.

So our actions or karma determine where, when and how we are born, all our life experiences and where, when and how we die. The law of karma is a fair way for the Universe to allow all its energetic components to evolve from a less perfect stage to become the perfect being with the highest potential.

This is why rather than blaming others for our life experiences, positive or negative, we must use them to recognize our responsibility, learn them and repair them to clean our karmic seed located in our chakras, balance the universal energies again and commit ourselves not to realize the same actions again. The importance of working with our karma is that the real reason for being in the physical realm is to evolve spiritually and achieve maximum potential and perfection.

Next, once this concept is understood, to advance in our spiritual evolution we need to create positive karma that allows positive consequences towards this evolution.

So the more we blame others, the more we get caught up in what is called "the wheel of Samsara" or the cycle of death and rebirth going through the same experiences over and over again. Furthermore, in the process we involve and harm others in our karmic experiences especially the most loved ones.

Lord Buddha once said, "Being angry with someone is like drinking poison and expecting the other to die."

So please don't keep drinking the poison, do something with your life, acknowledge, accept and work on your karmic experiences and free yourself from pain and suffering and one day you will begin to evolve spiritually.
