'As the body is washed, the mind is washed' is the best discovery by Buddha.’
Tathagat Bhagwan Gautam Buddha guided the Indian community on the path of true religion, sorrow relief for nearly 40 years after his Buddhism, what Buddha said has been formulated in Tripitaka (samuchaya-buddha of many books). All that philosophy discretion-guidance is in huge form. The ocean is as vast.
But once an angtukas desperately wanted to know Dhamma in brief. He requested Buddha to briefly explain the essence of Dhamma.
“सब्ब पापस्स अकरणं कुशलस्स उपसम्यदा सचित्त परिओदपनं एतं बुध्दानं सासनं”
After that, Buddha saw his eagerness to know his Dhamma and told him the essence of Dhamma, as above in Pali language. The Marathi translation is that, not doing any sinful deeds, (not doing bad deeds) doing good deeds (doing good deeds), keep your mind pure, keep your mind clean is the teachings of Buddha. These four lines are so important that they are really the essence of religion.
Our mind is the origin of all happiness and sorrow. This Buddha learned from self experience through wisdom through divine knowledge. When this mind gets distorted, dirty, greed, anger, addiction, hatred, hatred, ego, fear, violence enters the mind and the mind gets polluted. The kind of infected by this, people start doing bad deeds. Dirty mind forces him to do bad deeds. Because body and mind are used to doing so. Therefore, the person does the work of the mind, the culture of the mind. If the mind is suffering from disorder, how will the action be good, conduct and pronunciation will become unskilled, we will start doing bad deeds, so says Buddha. If you want to be happy, free of sadness, don't do bad things. (Body, mind, reading) This is called a reader and mental karma.
A person should not do bad deeds to be free of happiness and sadness. But in life, good deeds should be done, skilled, good deeds, not doing bad deeds in life, it is important to do good deeds. This life is for good mangal skilled thangle karma. You should do the best of others with your actions, mind and reading. Should be swept away selflessly in the work of Dhamma. Serving others, close friends, husband-wife, children, sagesoyre, friends, women, children, beggars is a skillful deed. The greatest skillful deed is (it is everyone's duty to serve the shelters in a good way for home interest, in their misery, in illness. This is the skillful work.
The best skillful deed than this is to give body, mind, money and time to promote Buddhism. Spreading Buddha Dhamma is spreading truth, wiping the tears of the suffering people is spreading Buddha Dhamma. This is the best Dhammaan. It is a skillful work to participate in Dhamma propaganda indirectly.
In the end, the Buddha tells to keep the mind pure because if you want freedom from happiness and sorrow in a true sense, your mind must be pure, clean and disorderless. Purity and purity of mind is the foundation of Buddhism. She’s a need first. This mind is so playful. As a habit, it constantly tells the body to run and as the body becomes the slave of the mind, it listens freely as the mind says. As soon as the thought of stealing in the mind, the body will run to do it. If you get angry in your mind, we get up and kill someone, that means you have full control over your body with a playful mind. So we keep doing as our mind says for the rest of our life and in the pain we go away.
That's why Buddha says, don't let the mind get dirty, keep the mind clean forever. That means, don't let anger, addiction, greed, country, hatred, hatred, pride-jealousy, violence, desire to steal etc. Don't let this bad ritual fall on your mind. Keep this mind away from small unskilled bad manners so that it will automatically be clean. This mind can truly be kept away from disorder forever. Similarly, the bad rituals that have happened to this mind can be washed away forever. This will be miraculous to many, or false. But brothers and sisters, Balayuva friends, this is the best gift of Buddha to humanity.
How to keep the mind clean, how to avoid any disorders on it, how to keep the mind away from disorders, this is what Buddha has been saying for 40 years! This is called the way to free the pain of Buddha. As the body is washed, the mind can be washed and cleaned purely. This Buddha made the best discovery. This is called Vippasana. It comes to keep the mind away from disorder. Plus old disorders are removed. Actually you will not understand this unless you do it. But this is 100% true. You must take advantage of the great remedy of Yadu:Kh freedom. Millions of people (all over the world) are taking advantage of it. Not only Buddhists, people from all religions are becoming happy and free of sorrow by asking for this freedom to purify the minds. From this, 1) Do not do any bad deeds 2) Do good deeds. 3) Keeping the mind and mind pure always is the teachings of Buddha's relief from suffering.
