About Thoughts

By Victor M Fontane

Sometimes, our minds get crowded with unwanted thoughts, much like uninvited guests at a gathering. They arrive unannounced, taking up space, demanding attention. But here's the thing: just like uninvited guests, if you don’t engage with them, they eventually leave.

When thoughts intrude—doubts, fears, anxieties—let them come, but don’t give them your energy. Don’t feed them with worry or attention. Focus instead on the good, the real, and the present. Trust that, in time, those unwelcome thoughts will depart, leaving behind peace and clarity.

You have the power to choose which thoughts stay and which quietly fade away.
